Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. We do accept walk-in emergency cases, though these cases are subject to an emergency exam charge. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. 

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. To drop off your pet for examination later in the day bring it in between 8:00 to 9:00 am, unless otherwise scheduled with a receptionist, and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. We ask you to drop off in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments. Once the doctor has examined your pet, he will call to go over the estimated diagnostic and treatment plan your pet needs. You can pick your pet up later in the day, unless your pet needs hospitalization.  

For the safety of all clients and animals in our care, we require that all pets are leashed or in carriers. Snakes also need to be bagged or in a box. Even though we make every effort to make our clients and  patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets.
